What are bicomponent fibers?

Composite fibers (bicomponent fibers) refer to the presence of two or more immiscible polymers on the cross section of the fiber, which can be roughly divided into skin-core type, side-by-side type, split-off type, sea-island type, trilobal type andblended, etc.

The composite staple fiber production equipment uses two different slices as raw materials, adopts high-pressure melt spinning technology and variable-frequency driven spinning and drafting combined machine technology to produce composite staple fibers.
